An easy tool which helps you determen how much flour you need to fill your loaf tin
Fill in the dimensions of your loaf tin and let the calculator do all the hard work. Be sure to measure the length and width at half the tins’ height. Please be aware that the result is an estimation of the total flour needed, fine-tuning might be required. Also, note that all flours behave differently. One type of flour might fill your tin while another might not be able to.
Please consult the manafacturers recommandation before using this tool
Some, but not all manufacturers of loaf tins provide an estimate of the total flour needed to fill the loaf tin. Make sure to consult the manual first.
Tip: are you combining bread flour and whole grain flour? Calculate both and use the average flour weight.

FYI: No I’m not implementing volumetric measurements.
